We charge on an hourly basis, as every space and requirement is unique. To provide you with an accurate quote, we can have a quick call to discuss your needs, review pictures or videos of your space, or even visit in person if needed. It really depends on the size of the space and the amount of stuff you have. On average, organizing a single double-door cupboard after decluttering takes around 4 hours, while a kitchen typically takes 5-6 hours. However, this is just a rough estimate—every space is different! We always recommend consulting with us for a more accurate timeframe

We work from 10 AM to 6 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break, making it a 7.5-hour workday. However, if other timings work better for both parties, we’re happy to discuss and accommodate when possible.

Your presence is required during the decluttering phase so we can decide together what to keep and what to let go of, ensuring that nothing valuable is removed by mistake. However, once we move on to the organizing phase, your presence isn’t mandatory—we can handle the setup while you focus on other things!

There are two ways to go about this. After our initial consultation, we’ll recommend organizing products based on the space’s needs and your budget. You can either purchase them yourself before we start, or we can source them for you. If we handle procurement, there’s a 20% fee over the total bill to cover the time and effort involved in selecting and purchasing the items.

No, organizing products are not included in our service charges. Our fees cover only the time and effort we put into organizing your space. If products are needed, we can recommend suitable options based on your space and budget, and you can choose to purchase them yourself or have us procure them for you.

We handle everything from decluttering, sorting, categorizing, and organizing to labeling and guiding you on how to maintain the space. However, we don’t clean, lift heavy items, or discard any decluttered belongings. You may need to arrange for cleaning or disposal separately if required.
